"Do as I say, not as I do." Even though we may joke about it, the reality hits close to home. How often have we unintentionally mirrored behaviors we caution our kids against? 🙈 From urging them to stop yelling while raising our voices, to grabbing objects from their hands in response to their snatching, we've all been there. But, logically and biologically, this approach falls short.
